Darky
Hi. I'm flying at the beginning of August to Thailand to study at Webster in Hua Hin. I read the pages about how to get a Visa etc. I'm German (24) and on the page of the embassy in Berlin they say you can get a visa for a year but you can only stay there for 90 days continously. Can you get a visa to stay about 6-7 months in Thailond or not? If this is possible would that be cheaper than doing the visa run to Malaysia or so?? I'm so confused at the moment Hope you can help me. P.S. Sorry for my poor english but I hope my skill will improve before starting with my MBA in Thailand. Sunbelt Asia
At first you'll get a 90 day "E" visa. After you enroll at Webster you'll apply for an extension of stay permit based on education. If you need to leave Thailand in the next year, be sure you have a reentry permit, otherwise your extension of stay permit will terminate when you leave Thailand.
