Remember there is a third Pattaya Hospital located near 3rd road and Pattaya Klang...named Memorial

It was recomended as the one to go to for treatment if you are in an accident.... since they have the most experience..

Yes Pattaya Memorial is reasonably good in my opinion? I say "reasonably" as they dont appear to always have the latest equipment, sorry to say though that since they lost the Government Health Contract to treat Thais last year, that there prices are nearly as bad as Pattaya International and the famous (for ridiculous prices) Bangkok Pattaya Hospital.

Dont get sick!!! : (They take you there when you have an accident as they have an agreement with Baht Buses etc!!)
