cm das
Apologies if this has been covered before. I'm here on a multiple entry non-imm O visa based on my marriage. I'll be doing a border run before it expires next month to get my last 90 days. But after that, and before I apply for my year extension, I'm going to be taking a short trip outside of Thailand. So I'm hoping that I can get a re-entry permit to keep that 90 day stamp valid. Anyone know if this can be done? Thanks.
sabaijai
Yes you can get a re-entry permit for your extension of stay. You can also get one for a two-month tourist visa.
ubonjoe
You can get a re-entry permit that will keep your permit to stay valid that you got when you entered. It will not give you any additional time on your permit to stay. You will need to fill out a TM 8 form and one photo.
