Where are the worst effected areas for dengue fever have there been any case reported in any tourist destinations

Plenty, it is found everywhere in the country.

While there is no geographical focus, there is a seasonal one, with most cases being in or just after the rainy season.

So right now if off-season for dengue. Not impossible to contact it now, but fairly unlikely.
