Dont really know what it is, maybe a nuclear waste dump.....

Alot of sqaures underwater and about 120km x 160km LxB.

Yeah, I saw that pic in the news. Did you see at what depth it is? 5000meters. Sealevels have not been that low for millions of years.

I find the theory that Atlantis, if it ever existed, is located some where in the Mediterranean basin more plausible. The Med was closed off from the Atlantic for thousands of years. Between Gibraltar and Morocco there was a huge wall when sea levels were lower.

There must be other such artifacts visible on Google Maps. Does anyone know of any? This could make for a fun game (although it might not belong in this forum).
