Accounting Jobs In Thailand?

My friend has a degree in BA and Accounting, also has a CPA license from the states. She wants to find a related job in Bangkok. Can anyone advise what are the chances of finding a suitable job with reasonable pay? I know that she can't be an accountant here because she doesn't have a Thai CPA license. Some help would be appreciated thanks!

Could possibly find a job at a multinational, but doubtfully could work at a Thai company.

HK and Singapore are better places for this kind of work, and within easy flying distance to LOS for weekends and holidays.
