Well, I am in tourism and I can't say I'd really recommend anything tourism oriented, people just aren't spending much money

I'm sorry if this is going to your spoil your thread 'Thailandlover', but I had a business proposition put to me today and I feel I may get an answer at the same time as you do to yours.

I was asked to joint buy a condominium and rent it out. My immediate thought, and still is, not to get involved. Have I done the right thing or is there money in renting out condominiums ? I believe not. Thanks

Take a look at the vacancy rate.....There are 100's of homes sitting empty!.......No renters = no rent!
