My Vaio was badly damaged and needs a new screen and keyboard!! Can anyone supply (2nd hand OK)and is there any problem in removing the old and fitting a replacement

Suggest you give the model number. As a word of warning though Sony components are often non standard, for example screens often have different fixing positions compare to more generic models, making if difficult to source except through the Sony service centre who most times will not sell you the components, but insist [for reasons of quality you understand] that they supply and fit.
