Has anyone stayed there recently or got any idea what the cost per night/week for a standard room is please? I looked at the website but couldn't see anything just the rooms.

Wondered if they had any "specials" on?

790 per night, or 13900 per month. plus bills. not sure if they do weekly.

Get a back room as the front is on soi Buakow. The rooms are not well maintained in my opinion. Better value can be found. One advantage is that it is on a street nicknamed Soi Watermelon and A LOT of girls live on that street so you do not need to go very far to find a new friend.

Talked to a man that lived there for years and has moved out. He could not get his room cleaned very good. He offered the maid extra money to clean his deck and she would not do it.

Nikom Court corner of soi Diana/soi buckhow is a much better and cheaper option.

For a few Baht more you can get a very nice, fully equipped room with a good breakfast, WIFI etc. etc. and some of the nicest staff I have seen in any place @ Diana-Oasis inside Diana Estate, Soi Bouakaw. Check their website for details. diana-oasis.com JL.
