Hi All,

I am renovating my condo and will have some cabinets built. As I am sensitive to formaldehyde I wanted to get low emission (i.e European standard E0 or E1) plywood. This turned out to be difficult as all plywood sold in Thailand seems to be E2. My contractor cannot find low emission plywood, does anyone know a source here ? Else what could be an alternative ?

I searched the web and found some producers in Thailand, but they all told me they only export E0 and E1, they would not sell anything less than a container.

We use E2 here due to frequent termite attack.

No built-in in your bedroom, instead, buy completed timber furniture. The shop called Podium at 3rd fl Seacon (above Bangkok Bank) is having sales now.

If pantry cabinets, finish with laminate on the outside and paint on the inside.
