Where To Go This June?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Im looking to spend 10 days in June in Thailand and am after some help.

I have been to Bangkok and Phuket on a 2 centre holiday a few years ago, so this time am looking for somewhere new to visit.

Ideally I am looking for beach and nice scenery during the day and opportunities to meet Thai guys in the evening for fun.

I am in my 40's so not really looking for brash 18-30 type location but equally still have my own teeth and like some bars and "entertainment" at night.

Would welcome thoughts and ideas.

If you want both a gay beach and a decent nightlife, Phuket and Pattaya are your two obvious choices. If the weather turns bad, Pattaya has the advantage of a lot of things to do inside. If all else fails, Bangkok is not too far and you can enjoy shopping and it's nightlife.

Last year I stayed at a very nice (and expensive) hotel just steps from the gay beach, AVALON BEACH RESORT. There are lots of other choices.
