Houses For Sale In Udon Thani

I'll be in Udon Thani for only a short period, my objective is to find a good value family home (3 beds). How can I best utilise my time to search for a good deal. I personally think agency prices are over inflated. Is there any good websites with private sellers, or magazines with a good classified section for the Udon Thani area?

You're on the wrong forum. Google Udon Map. You'll find a lot of houses for sale mostly by owners.
