Thankyou in advance.

I have been in Thailand 7 months now the first 3 on a tourist visa obtained in the UK, then 1 month from Malaysia, 1 month from Laos and then returned to Laos to get 90 day tourist visa (single entry).

My question is am I allowed to get another 90 day tourist visa from either Laos or Cambodia.

Sorry but its all so confusing :o .

There is no limit. If I were you I would go to Vientienne Laos and get a Double Entry Tourist Visa. Especially now that one or both of them will be free.
