Does anyone have any experience of obtaining a Thai visa for a Burmese passportholder in the UK. Ideally a non-immigrant o would work well but will a Thai consul (say Hull) issue the visa with the passportholder not being stamped into the UK. The Burmese passport is clean with no travel stamps and issued in Yangon. The passportholder currently in the north of Burma and I would like to obtain a visa so that he can travel legally to Thailand.

Any ideas appreciated.
