March 12, 200917 yr Hi Folks. I am looking for a potential partner to join a JV project. The project will be for a hotel to be built in Phuket. Upon completion of the JV, the property will be sold to in-hand clients. My client is a US based financial company paying cash. They are also developing 2 further hotels in Dubai with my partner. Projected land size of around 100 rai at Mai Khao Beach. Actual and proper terms of the project will discussed though it will be a 50/50 partnership. However upon any agreement/meeting, connections and contractors etc. will be discussed. However the project will begin from the very bottom (land purchase, designing) up, so connections and other are likely to be of good use. My clients have very good connections and affiliates themselves so it may be of good business to everybody involved. Sean-

March 13, 200917 yr AFAIK, all the beach land between JW and the airport has already been acquired, either by hotel groups or by 'investors;. You do know that it's suicidal to swim at Mai Khao beach due to the strong undertow at all times? That's maybe why the West Sands project decided to build a water park.... Simon

I will content myself with land 200 meters from Mai Khao beach that I know about that is 1 million baht per rai - available for sale but not to greedy farang or Thai.... Simon
