As it will be a Malaysian-registered car under my name, and will be driven it to Thailand for minimum 1 year, what does the Thailand Transport law say about this? I was told a few years ago that you cannot keep a vehicle in Thailand for longer than 3 months in a row without importing it officially. Can someone fill in with up-to-date information here?
