I have requested quotations from Thavisa travel on two occasions now, for two round trips Bangkok to the UK and i still have received no reply, not even a confirmation of receipt of mail. the first occasion was 2 weeks ago and the second yesterday. It says something like a 2 hour response on their web page. If you can't do it don'y say it.

Hi - I'm after the same - UK round trip (BKK - Manchester). I've just filled in the form for the 2nd time. As another posted mentioned - would be nice to have an autoresponder on that form so we have an idea of when we're going to get a reply.

There is a auto responder on the contact forms on the site, we have tested it and it is functioning correctly.

I made a booking with Thai Visa Travel a couple of weeks ago for a family member who is in Thailand but I am in the UK.

The response was fantastic BUT my family member has not received her tickets to the UK and now, as others have mentioned the response to emails and enquiries are not very good and it is quite frustrating as well as worrying as I am in the UK!

I did receive a email yesterday and hopefully this situation will have been sorted out but I am waiting to hear that the booking, as per the confirmation, was actually made.

I am tyrying to get them to give me the booking ref so that io can call the airline in the Uk or go online as the family member is a card holder of teh airline and I have the account details, so that i can check teh confirmed booking and get her a pre assigned seat as she is anolder woman.

I do know that the person with whom I had contact with at Thai Visa Travel has left.

I'll update when I hear more with the result.
