Windows Media Player

Featured Replies

I used to be able to watch and save clips sent by email on my windows media player. I now have windows media player 11, the latest i think, and i can watch the clip but the save as button is now grayed out. is there a way to may this work or save the clip?

thanks in advance

My first guess it has something to do with the DRM (Digital Rights Management) protection.

My suggestion - If you run XP, downgrade to WMP 10, delete your DRM directory and re-individualize.

It might solve this issue
