Disabled Friendly Hotels In Bkk

Featured Replies

Although not disabled enough to permantly need to use a wheelchair, for instance, I do find the use of showers where you need to climb inside a bath a problem - even with help. I would appreciate any recommendations as to hotels in the Sukhamvit/Victory Monument/Silom areas that have showers independent of any bathtub. I realise that many of the more expensive hotels do provide rooms for the disabled, but I was thinking more of up to around 2000 baht.

Many thanks in advance

PS

Excluding the Grace if you will. Cheers

The Grande Sukhumvit had both. To be honest Sukhumvit isn't the most disabled place.. Hard enough just walking at the best of times.

I have used the triple two in Silom before, it has walking showes and a tub separat.

Cost is around 2500bt.

I also use forearm canes and a wheelchair to cruise this mad country.

Finding accesible accoms is hard, malls can be worse.

But the adventure is worth it.
