Why was I given the below harsh warning?

I just closed you topic about Proxy's because the discussion how to bypass gav protection with proxies is against the rules.

I also ask you frankly to remove the URL from your signature, one point more against the rules.

If you start to open an such topic again or post such contents and didn't remove the URL within 24 hour, you account will be suspended.

OK, fair enough, but wouldn't it be enouth to say: Hey dude your post have been deleted as XY is against local law. Have a nice day.

I think you need to re-read the forum rules sorensen.

And not everyone is a native english speaker so sometimes its a good thing to make allowances for that.

Now I am closing this thread because by starting it you have broken some more rules.
