Visa for a minor

I am a US citizen currently in the US.  My wife is a Thai national.  We met and married in US.  Our daughter was born in US.  

My wife and daughter went to thailand in June 2003 to visit family and are still there.  Can anyone tell me if there is going to be any kind of problem for them to come home?  They are planning for november.

Born in the US, I suspect your daughter would have a US Passport.

For your Wife ... she must had a Visa to go the US ? ...

Yes, my daughter has a US passport.

My wife doesn't need a visa, she is a resident alien (I think that is what it is called).

What kind of visa has your daughter? How old is your daughter?

Technically she is overstaying and will have to pay a fine at the airport if she is over 14 years old.
