It's a female name, Kannika Buntha.

กรรณิกา (Kannika) is the name of a flower (I think it's usually spelt กรรณิการ์)- "Night blooming jasmine" is supposed to be the English common name.

The first part of the surname, บุญ means 'religious merit' as in the merit you get from Buddhist practices.

I am not sure how it connects to the second part of the surname, ทา (whether they should be read together as an expression or not). When it appears alone, ทา means 'to coat (with, for example, paint or laqcuer)', 'to smear', 'to anoint'.
