This Forum, Sorry, But I Have To Say It!

I have been dropping in to this forum now and then just to see how other's deal with living the life we live!

First I have to address the scumbags PM'ing us with your Nigerian Scam's, GO AWAY! Come on, I think I knew what a Nigerian Scam was when I was 10! Ok, enough of that.

Second, for all the great folks that come here to share their experiences and give good, brotherly advice, thanks a million! We have chosen a much different life path than billions of others, and not hardly an easy one! It is pretty hard to ask my Father, who has been married to his highschool sweetheart for 45 years, and who has lived in the same house, the same state for 30 of those years, about dating, marriage, how do I get a Visa for this Country, or that Country? How do I rent an apartment in Hong Kong etc, you get the point. Or better yet, do I ask my best friend who has never been married and is 40, or the other good friend who is now going on his second divorce from an American gal, he just wanted and hoped for a happy life and is now buried in sorrow, alimony, and child support!

And third, and sorry to have to say this, but many people seem to sideskirt it and not want to hit it straight on, for those lurkers, who troll the post's, like vulture's, waiting for your next prey, I have to say, I would rate you folks even lower than the scumbag Nigerian Scammer's I mentioned above! Yes, you all know who you are! You come here to poison us with your misery, kick members when they are down, and then go back to what I would assume is a dismal, miserable life, and I am also assuming, that is what get's you into the situations that make your lives so dismal and miserable!

Ok, I said my peace on that issue, sorry moderators, but someone has to say it! If and when I meet people like them, in person, I am always happy to tactfully, or untactfully put you in your places!! Enough said!! This is the wrong forum for those types of people, please take your garbage to miserablescumbags.com

Back to the benefits of the forum, if I am guilty for not actually thinking about the person's situation, as if I were in it, I appologize! Sometimes we get so wrapped up in our own lives, we forget to take a deep breath before giving what we feel is good advice!

I am sure many of us have come here, after seeking an covering all avenues for a particular problem or situation, and just want to bounce some I idea's around! Here is a hint also for many member's! We ARE grown adults, we have somehow managed to be intelligent enough to find a job, make money, get a passport, buy a ticket, learn a new language, adapt to a new culture, so please think twice when your post consist's of "Go to Immigration and ask" "Consult and attorney" "Go to the Embassy", come on, we know how to dial 1-800-L-A-W-Y-E-R-S, that is not what many people seem to be looking for. And often we are just plain beaten down and worn out from dealing with the issue, we are probably not so coherent when we write the post, so give people a break!!

And please, STOP kickin the poor guy when he is down!! I am not a Holy Roller, but I don't remember it saying in the Bible, "When a fellow brother falls down, Kick him while he is down, and be sure to kick him good?"

OK, my last gripe!! And this is the best one, for those of you who jump in with sarcastic remarks, you might want to try to actually "READ THE POST"

I do have to wonder about the lowlife posters who seem to be here in order ambush others and to hurt people's feelings that they do not even know. It is like hurting pet animals just because you think that you won't get caught.
