Greetings everybody.

Currently in CM with the Thai wife.

Looking to relocate to CR and am

wanting to get something with nice

views. Have seen a few but have been

told by 2 seperate owners who live

out in the villages (Doi Hang) that it is

hard to get the chanot. Is this the norm?

Have seen a great little place in Bongnacome

village but am worried that it doesn't have

papers.

Like I asked, is this usual in the villages?

Any help appreciated.

Regards

Will

You'll have to ask in the particular village. The closer to a main highway the more chance of having a chanote it would appear to me atleast.

Our Village has no chanote , the next one does but didn't a few years ago. I don't worry about it too much.
