I've just been down to the local 'Mam and pap' store. I order my usual of 6 Archa Beers and a bag of ice, normal cost = 200 baht.

They only had 2 chilled Archa bottles, and so I had to take 2 chilled and four warm bottles. Really not a problem as it is 2 hours away until beer O'clock for me anyway.

I hand over my 200 baht and without me either asking nor even thinking about it I am instantly given 5 baht back as a discount for the bottles that where not chilled.

A tiny gesture monetarilly, but one that will go a long way regardless.
