Persistant Cookies Disappearing On Every Boot?

Featured Replies

I'm running Vista Ultimate and IE 8 Final.

Suddenly, All my 'Persistant Cookies' are disappearing every time I Re-Boot.

Now I have to log on to all my regular sites... and some sights I'm having problems accessing period.

Aside from installing "Online Armour" firewall, I haven't made any sisgnificant changes to my computer, besides normal updates.

Any ideas why this may be happening?

Thanks,

CS

The source of persistent cookies disappearing on reboot might be software that is installed on your computer.

Some "cleaner programs" running on startup. Some products clear the computer of all Internet garbage and some also clean the IE's temp files and cookies.

So any persistent cookies that were created for were deleted on reboot. Check your settings

Don't use IE browser but suspect it may have a setting in options for handling of cookies.
