samran
Hi, We are off to a bit of a secluded resort the week before Songkran, about 30km from the Hat Lek border crossing. Just wondering if it is worth going down there for the afternoon just to check it out, and if it is worth crossing the border over into Cambo and seeing what there is to see on the other side? I'm guessing the answer is probably a resounding 'no', but you never know.
Changian
It's a resounding 'No' A better way to spend the time is to follow some of the small roads that hug the shoreline and beach. Take a day to explore a bit off the main road and you'll find some authentic fishing villages and quiet beaches.
