Yearly Rates/tax On House?

I am in the process of buying a house on a private estate in Pattaya and was wondering about (if any) yearly costs other than the estates maintenance costs. I mean the Thai equivalent of UK rates?

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
