did the government move October to April? i remember he odd heavy rain day in previous Aprils but nothing like this, and more to come. personally I love the cool wet weather but for this time of year, pretty odd me thinks!

Yes, yes hopefully we are in for a good rainy season this year. Maybe some heavy flooding, no loss of life I hope, for most people can deal with a little extra water. No or little water can be a problem for some.
