no idea what it is, but it does not go beyond the HTC logo screen. Took the battery out, even the SIM and the memory chip, no avail.

Back to the seller/dealer where you bought it from! I wouldn't do anything myself because it's just a few weeks(?) old!

Problem is fixed after hard reset.
