ham Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 News from the japanese Phangan website: According to the information there, new rules for all partys at BANTAI have been set in place by the local authority's. Every Party hold in Bantai will be only ones per month! We will see the 17th, then is the second date this month for the famous Halfmoon Party.
