Doubt it, i live right behind the corner and the place was always deserted. Ever did i see a single customer there. Now it's possible that they had upstairs few hundred high roller members every night but again, doubt it...

Absolutely not. The owner is still here in Bangkok.I see him every week. I don't think this lost business will hurt him too much, though.
