hi,

I'm flying to thailand tomorrow morning. My girlfriend in thailand said they have blocked several streets in bkk and tried to take over the airport!? im not so sure about the last one...

Is it safe to come now and will i be able to get out from the airport and go to rayong without problems?

What do you guys think will be the next action of the red shirts?

Safer than normal with most people leaving or gone for Songkran and more police on duty plus troops on alert. :o The Red shirts are at few streets near monuments, government functions and offices. If you stay clear of there protests it is fine.

According to the BBC "State of Emergency" just declared in Bangkok.

This will help keep the airports open with lessons learned from the last closure.
