Got these strange things sticking to the walls in the main bathroom. Looks like a thin-ish type of Pumpkin seed, and if you wait for a while, a little worm red comes out and crawls is along

What is it?

I am amazed - they seem to come fully grown ( in this format ) out of no where - Bear in mind, our bathroom down not have opening to the outside unless we open the windows.
