When I try I see only the ad banners on top of the pages but nothing more.

With a proxy programm I can access both newespapers. Strange ! Maybe they are blocking ?

Yes I can, though slow to enter both sites past few days.

Not blocked. Both sites are unable to cope with the present traffic load. Happens every time there's a 'big news day'.
