KHUNUDOM Posted January 26, 2005 Share Posted January 26, 2005 I've seen a few older postings on visas out of the Thai Consulate in Savannakhet and Vientiane. Does anyone have recent news of the facilities or speed bumps at either of those locations for 60 day tourist visa and Non-Immigrant visa. What are the addresses and phone numbers? The Coder Posted January 27, 2005 Share Posted January 27, 2005 When I went to Vientiane last year, they had put a new restriction in place that if your passport has 4 or more tourist visas in it, they won't give you one. Saw two people in line get hit with it. Rightly or wrongly, they think such people are working in Thailand and thus using tourist visas illegally.
