With the order of public holidays continuing for the rest of the week to include April 16 and 17, is immigration open on those days? I have an appointment to get my non-o visa extension stamp on April 17.

You're both half-correct. I've just been there, and it's only open for urgent business. Renewals and 90 day reports are being told to come back on Monday. Bunch of Thai merchant bankers. :o

Phuket open as normal today. Just got my residence certificate 8.45AM today (16th)

Transport office is closed though, sign on the gate says closed for 1 day holiday, hope they open tomorrow.
