I am moving to Pattaya and have scoured hundreds of Condo Rentals, it seems some agents have had properties on their books forever. I am looking at View Talay 2 , the rental cost seems to be cheap is there a problem with these Condo's? I am looking at 1 year rental. I am in Australia at present and can only believe what the Agents and Photo's tell me. Staying in a Hotel and looking personally is not an option as I have a fair amount of luggage .
