April 22, 200917 yr Immigration has started a new website ant that number is shown. The website is apparently still being developed and has very little English on it. But what they do have in English indicates they have or will have an online application system to where you can submit your application online and then get an appointment. Link: http://bangkok.immigration.go.th/test/main.php?language=en If somebody wants to volunteer to try out the online system they can click the OIS button and try to register and do an online application.
April 22, 200917 yr I believe 1178 is the old number, specificly for immigration. 1111 is the government hotline, not only for information about immigration.
