i am flying to the US and only have 2 days to get over any jet lag i might get before i have to go to work. i have been meaning to buy melatonin all week but now it is the last minute and i have not yet done so. i have heard it can help with jet lag. does anyone happen to know if they sell it at suvarnabhumi? and where?
