I was taking an afternoon doze only to be woken by the sound of a hammer driving nails home, two gentle taps to start the point then three much firmer blows to drive the nail home. Puzzled as to what was being contructed just outside my bedroom window during the afternoon heat of the day I ventured outside to find the following sight:

Never underestimate the benefits of an early education.

Best to wean her off common old nails though and on to screws.
