It will go to the door as it needs to be signed for. If there is nobody there they will leave a card and take it to the local post office for collection. There is only one EMS as far as I am aware. Where are you sending to?

Depends on where you're sending it to.

If it's a country that normally delivers mail on Sundays eg. Saudi Arabia, yes. But if it's a country that does not normally deliver mail on Sundays eg England, no.
