Growing Tobaco

I'm led to believe that to get good cigars you need to let the tobaco hang for 4-8 years to let it mature so it would not start to bring in a profit for a while unless cigar makers buy it fresh and hang it themselves. I stopped smoking several years ago but still love the smell of a good cigar

There are several farang in CM who have been involved in tobacco growing, curing etc for many years, maybe one of them can give you good advice. If no reply from them try a tobacco contact in Cuba via google, they seem to have a world wide reputation on good cigars. I am not familiar with good cigars which are made in Thailand, but I would like to hear about them.
