I'm planning to come stay in Koh Phangan and would like to get some clothes made by a tailor. Just wondering whether there were any tailors on the island as I know its less touristy and so perhaps they've not got as far as this island. Will i need to go Koh Samui to get them made?

Sorry for late answer, there is one in Haad Yao, I believe, by the large hotel, on the other side of the beach from High Life.

there is a tailors in haad rin, close to the chicken corner. ask around for jack the tailor they will know who you mean

I had half a mind this was a very clever troll post. I mean, bearing in mind the complete nuisances and pain in the arse scam artists masquerading as tailors one finds in every other tourist destination, one has to wonder why you would want more in Koh Phangan.

Still, I'm probably just jaded and cynical.
