Can someone please tell me what the attached file translates into? I know what they are supposed to mean in English, but I need to know if this is something I can reprint onto something else. It absolutely needs to make sense to someone that can speak Thai, so please please please can you check to make sure it is grammatically correct? (that is the most important thing). If not I can provide the English text so that someone maybe can translate it for me. Thank you so very much, it is very much appreciated. This is very important to me, so I'd like to get multple responses from different people if possible. Please!

Also can someone please translate the following English phrase (There'll be laughter after pain" (which is hopefully similar to the second text)

Let me know if the attachments don't work or if anyone has any questions.

the first sentence is an expression saying that kindness/compassion will bring a better world

the second one means that the sky are nicer after rain (usually adding "dee kwa" after it), which is close in usage to what you wrote "There'll be laughter after pain"

if you are about to communicate with a thai using expressions that you are not familiar with, you risk missing your point....

Blue skies/rainbow/sunshine? after rain - so yes, laughter after pain is right I suppose.?

Best check with a native Thai speaker though
