sbk Posted May 9, 2009 Share Posted May 9, 2009 Seems we follow the same schedule corkscrew! I made a Thai meal for my family, laab, tom kha gai and stir-fried kale with pork and garlic. I was amazed to find fresh lemongrass at the local Safeway. Made it mildly spicy, my sister couldn't eat much, dad ate more and my sister's boyfriend (from Texas) wished it had been spicier.
