Hi

I cannot download torrents with the TOT internet provider that is supplied through my apartment. Does TOT block torrents? Is there a way I can fix this? I've tried calling them but I get fobbed off or put on hold forever.

If there is no solution, I would like to get a personal connection, Maxnet and truehomwifi say they cannot provide coverage in my area. Is there a provider that provide universal coverage which will also enable me to download torrents?

Most likely, you have not port forward the router issued by TOT.
