flamingtodd
Hello All, I have a question regarding what I would need to leave the LOS with my little one in tow. I have the Birth Certificate, childs US Passport, and a mother willing to sign saying I can take her. Can anyone tell me what I am lacking? The document signed by the mother, does it need to be notorized? Witnessed? The mother said she would come with us to HKT immigration, but will this allow for the childs exit? Also, what would I need for her entry into America? Thanks very much todd
thaihome
My answers are based on assumption the mother is Thai. I don't think you need anything but her US passport to get into the US. The birth certificate is probably good to have since it shows you are the father, but doubt it will come up. Does she have a Thai passport so she can leave Thailand and get back into Thailand on it ? If not, you may have a problem with her leaving on US passport unless it has the permission to stay extension stamps. TH
