I want to hire a scooter or maybe a quad bike (depending on my situation when I'm there) for 1 week when I arrive there, anyone could recommend me where I could find the place where I can hire these for a week or so? I've seen tourists riding them around and I thought I was missing out riding around.

What are the requirements in renting these, passport documents etc?

Noisy, dangerous things keep coming up my dirt road from Silver lake, kids riding them, tourists, girlfriends and not a license or insurance between the lot of them.
