Is it true that the rail system planned and approved for the CM has been scrapped? I was looking forward to the day when i could've left the car at Hang Dong and caught the train to town.......even if that would've been quite a few years down the track. Now the future holds traffic gridlock and even more air pollution. That's the way it goes eh.
